7.26.20 – Villanova chemistry has landed another NSF-MRI grant, this time for a liquid chromatograph / mass spectrometer, with KPCM as a co-PI.

12.20.19 – We had 2 papers accepted this week, so check out our publications list.  Congrats to Saleh for getting a modeling paper out for the group!  And congrats to Austin for a first author paper… as a junior!

7.1.19 – Welcome to Dr. Bob Carden, the group’s new postdoc!  And congratulations for defending his thesis at Duke University in the group of Professor Widenhoefer.

5.21.19 – Congratulations to our newest group graduates – Brian (BS), Julia (MS), and Renee (MS)!  A big shout-out to Brian for completing an undergraduate thesis. Brian heads to UDel, Julia to UPenn, and Renee will start a job at Arkema!

Summer 2018 – Villanova Chemistry has received an NSF grant for the purchase of a new 500 MHz NMR spectrometer!  Target install: Summer 2019

The group has an NSF grant in collaboration with Drs. Louise Rollins-Smith (Vanderbilt) and Tom Umile (Villanova) to investigate Bd metabolites!  Check out our blog, Frogs in Peril.

We have another NSF grant , working with Dr. Tanya Livshultz at Drexel/the Academy of Natural Sciences and Dr. Shannon Straub at Hobart and William Smith College.
